The General Administration Department operates through a clear and supportive structure to ensure efficiency and accountability

  • Hospital Administrator / Medical Director overall administrative leadership and policy direction.
  • Human Resource Unit staff recruitment, welfare, training, and performance management.
  • Administrative Officers day to day administrative coordination and departmental support.
  • Records and Registry Unit Documentation, filing, and information management.
  • Estate and Maintenance Unit Infrastructure, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
  • Transport and Logistics Unit Vehicle management and logistical support.
  • Security and Sanitation Services Safety, cleanliness, and environmental management.
