Continuous health education and advocacy aimed at empowering individuals and communities to adopt healthy lifestyles. Focus areas include personal hygiene, environmental sanitation, communicable and non-communicable disease prevention, reproductive health, and healthy behavior change.
Preventive health services including routine health checks, screening for common conditions such as hypertension and diabetes, lifestyle counselling, stress management, and promotion of overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
