The unit provides definitive tissue and cell- based diagnosis that guide clinical decision making, treatment planning, and long-term patient care.
Examination of surgical specimens, biopsies, and excised tissues for the diagnosis of inflammatory, infectious, benign, pre malignant, and malignant conditions.
Confirmation, classification, and grading of neoplastic conditions.
Support for surgical decision making and post operative management
Detailed, clinically relevant pathology reports to guide patient treatment
